At Damschroder Roofing, we know that every roof is unique, but most are NOT like this! I am sure you have seen the odd dome shaped building at your local transportation sites and city complexes. These "unique" buildings are salt domes. They are extremely high in the center to allow room for the loader tractors to pick up the salt and load it into each truck. Until recently these domes were covered in shingles. The shingles last for a few years, but are not resistant to the wind and weather. The Duro-Last single ply membrane is just the opposite! It provides a long lasting protective covering to last the building for many, many years. I have included a photo below of our recently completed salt dome. This one was done in tan, but we have also used other colors.
