Damschroder Roofing, Inc. is a full-service roofing contractor in the commercial roofing industry, covering the Tri-State Area. What does “Full-Service” mean exactly? It means that over the course of the past four decades we have developed the expertise and experience to effectively and price efficiently handle any roof situation. Our knowledgeable staff includes several Project Managers, a solid Maintenance Team, several installation crews and an experienced office team lead by management that has a combined experience of over 46 years.
Damschroder Roofing offers a range of single-ply roofing systems such as PVC, TPO and EPDM. Through a meet and greet along with an inspection of your roof, we’ll be able to guide you to the best roof system for your unique situation.
Like the idea of single-ply roofing but you have a sloped roof? We offer a variety of membrane colors and will help you achieve the aesthetics you desire.
If time has caught up with your metal roof, consider a membrane retrofit for your metal roof system. Instead of tearing off the metal and replacing it with metal once again, we can go directly over your metal roof system. First, we insert insulation between the metal ribs. Second, we add an additional layer of insulation over the ribs, creating a smooth surface. Lastly, we wrap the entire roof in a single-ply roof system creating a watertight roofing solution.
Roofing coatings have been around for many decades now. They are an excellent option for protecting and revitalizing the lifecycle of a roof system. With each season that passes, a roof takes a beating. Between the UV rays, hail, wind, snow and whatever else nature throws our way, we need to be diligent about this important asset. Coatings can help with the long-term performance of a roof. Learn more about Roof Coatings.
